Map Room & Tunnels Tours
Some of our most popular experiences take place inside historic locations, including the Map Room at Southwick House and the Fort Southwick tunnels.
These are timed, guided tours and operate to strict schedules.
If you’re booking both the Map Room and the Tunnels, please plan your day carefully.
We strongly recommend:
• Allowing plenty of time between the two tours
• Accounting for walking time between locations
• Arriving at your tour meeting point at least 10 minutes early
Both experiences involve guided access, and late arrivals cannot always be admitted once a tour has started.
Spacing your bookings sensibly ensures you can enjoy each experience fully, without feeling rushed.
The weekend offers so much to explore across the village, so give yourself time to move between locations, enjoy the atmosphere, and take it all in.
Accessibility
We are committed to making Southwick Revival as welcoming and accessible as possible. Our team works closely with local volunteers, stewards and community groups to support visitors who may need additional assistance.
To help make your visit comfortable, we provide:
• Designated accessible parking close to the event
• A clearly marked drop-off point near the main village entrance
• Accessible toilet facilities
• Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the event
The event takes place across a historic village setting, which includes some uneven surfaces and gentle slopes. If you have specific mobility requirements, we encourage you to plan ahead and contact us in advance so we can offer guidance.
If you require a carer ticket, please get in touch prior to the event and we will be happy to assist you through the process.
We offer complimentary companion tickets where an attendee requires assistance to attend safely. PIP in itself does not automatically qualify for a carer ticket, but we’re very happy to review requests where support is genuinely needed.
